SOLVENT TYPE RUST PREVENTIVES

DESCRIPTION RUSTOP DW 1629 :

RUSTOP DW 1629 is water displacing type corrosion preventives that can be applied directly on to wet metal surfaces. It displaces water and leaves & firm and soft brownish film on the metal surface. It can withstand tough handling and long-term protection.

APPLICATION

RUSTOP DW 1629 is most effective for protection of steel tubes, bars, and still strips, bright bars, wheel rings, auto parts and machine components. It applied by cloth or brush and can be removed with solvents or alkaline degreasant.

DESCRIPTION RUSTOP DW 1629 :

RUSTOP DW 214 product is premium rust preventive specially developed for the bearing industry. It contains additives, which impart superior water displacing capability and hence give protection for long duration's. This product could also yield good cost reduction for in-process applications if it is mixed with mineral turpentine and gives protection. It can also act as a sealant for PIosPIatized component.

APPLICATION

RUSTOP DW 214 is primarily intended for the final packing stage of both ball and roller bearing and can be applied either by dipPIng or by spraying. After the solvents from the bearing evaporate it leaves an oily film, which remains soft and flexible. This grade can also be used by manufactures of automobile cylinder liners, gears, taps, dies, nuts & screws etc.
